School Fundraising Program
1. Who can I contact should I want to speak to a representative?

2. How do I make sure my school gets credit for my participation?
After you complete your transaction at an AT&T company-owned store, please complete the form you received via your
school and fax it to 1-866-326-0770 or scan it and email it to PHL_connectforacause@att.com. Or, go to
www.psada.com/connectforacause to download the form or submit the application online.
3. How soon does my school get credit for my purchase?
Checks will be forwarded to the schools seasonally. Schools will receive their checks for the results of the fall sports season by 12/15/09.
4. What's an Accessory or Feature purchase?
An accessory is something you buy such as a Blue Tooth headset, a charger or a leather phone case, etc. to enhance or protect your telephone/ equipment.
A feature is something you add to your phone plan such as Messaging and Data (send text, picture, video, instant message, etc.) Voice Dial,
Family Mapping, Push to Talk, etc. Any combination of Accessories or Features added that total $20 or more will earn money for your school teams.
5. Does a Family Plan count as one new qualifying mobile number or multiple?
Each newly activated AT&T mobile phone number counts! So if you have an existing AT&T mobile phone account, but you add a new line or lines for other
family members, all new lines count separately and $8.00 for each new line will go to your school. If you don't have an existing AT&T mobile account, then
each and every line you sign up for qualifies as brand new.
6. Can I designate one sports team over another at my school?
Yes, please fill in the sports team name in the space on the application.
7. How do you choose the school that wins $3,000?
At the end of the 2009-2010 athletic seasons, AT&T will award $3000 to the Athletic Department of the school that raised the most funds across all its sports
teams, to be shared among the participating teams. This is on top of all monies earned via new activations, accessories and feature purchases.
8. Who is PSADA and what is their role in this?
PSADA stands for Pennsylvania State Athletic Directors Association. It is A State Professional Organization, administered by and for high school athletic
administrators for the purpose of promoting the professional growth and image of interscholastic athletic administration, providing an efficient system
for the exchange of ideas among members of the State Association, and preserving the educational nature of interscholastic athletics and the place of
these programs in the curricula of schools.
